Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan)

If you are looking for a healthy yet delicious sugar free pumpkin spice latte that is also vegan, gluten free, and dairy free, you’re in the right place! This recipe takes just 5 minutes to prepare, so you’ll be enjoying your delicious and piping hot latte in no time!

One of my absolute favorite things to do is take unhealthy recipes that are filled with cups and cups of sugar and flour and turn them into healthy morsels of deliciousness.

Why? I’m passionate about helping others to live healthy lives and…well…sometimes, I want to enjoy a flavorful pumpkin spice latte without feeling guilty about it. I bet you do, too!

No worries, you will be able to have your PSL and another one, too, if you desire!

This sugar free pumpkin spice latte was inspired by Natural Grocers. It’s a healthy yet flavorful spin on the traditional pumpkin spice latte. Did you know that a traditional PSL contains 64 grams of sugar in ONE 20 ounce cup?! That’s 12 teaspoons. The maximum amount of added sugars you should eat in a day is 6 tsp for women and 9 tsp for men (American Heart Association). So, just one half of these lattes will put you over your DAILY limit. Don’t get me wrong, they’re delicious, but they make me feel miserable and unsatisfied.

TIME SAVING HACKS:

As a busy mom of 2 boys, I’m always looking for ways to shorten my food prep time. These devices are absolute life savers in the kitchen and drastically cut the prep time for this recipe.

First, the NutriBullet High Speed Blender is a GAME CHANGER for all things liquid. From smoothies, to lattes, to soup, and even homemade flour, it can literally do everything. It has three cups, two different blades, two lids and even a recipe book!

Second, having a pouring saucepan is amazing, because there’s nothing fun about spilling hot liquid all over the place. The nonstick coated interior and exterior prevents food from sticking, and it’s even safe for use with metal utensils.

Lastly, this Liquid Stevia Sweetener is a zero calorie, zero glycemic index natural sweetener (optional).
